Age 62, of Newport, DE, passed away on Friday,
June 29, 2007, after a long illness.
John served in the US Marine Corp.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John W. and Nancy M. Fisher. Survivors include his aunts, Peggy Guida, who cared for him, Rose Rhodes and Elizabeth Cicconi, all of Newport;and many cousins, including Ralph Cicconi.
Services will be 11am, Monday, July 2, 2007 at St. Matthews Church, 807 S. Maryland Ave., Wilmington, DE, where visitation will begin at 10am. Interment will follow at Cathedral Cemetery, 2400 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington.
The family suggests contributions in John's memory to Compassionate Care Hospice, 5610 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE 19808.
