Jackie was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth O'Neal "Biddy"; father, John J. O’Neal, Sr; his sister, Patsy O’Neal and brother, Michael O’Neal.
Survivors include his mother, Catherine O’Neal and his brother, Bob O’Neal and his wife, Ida.
Services and Burial will be private.
