John A. Ziemann, age 62, of Hockessin, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023.
John graduated from Elkton High School in 1980 and from the University of Maryland in 1984. He was a right of way agent for New Castle County for over 20 years and also was a real estate appraiser and agent.
John enjoyed boating, fishing and weightlifting.
John was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia F. Ziemann.
Survivors include his father, Walter R. Ziemann of Hockessin; brother, Wayne D. Ziemann of Mellville, NY; sister, Marjorie A. Caldwell (Matthew) of Denver, CO; nephew, Alexander Haldeman of Boston, MA and nieces, Rebecca Ziemann of Skillman, NJ and Rachel Ziemann of Bordentown, NJ.
Services will be private.
