Jose A. "Coffee" Bermudez
Age 56, of Wilmington, formerly of Puerto Rico, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 28, 2020.
Coffee enjoyed playing dominoes and dice.
Coffee was preceded in death by his father, Israel Bermudez and his sister, Iris Lopez. Survivors include his daughters, Siomara Rivera and Neryana Bermudez; his mother, Nery Rodriguez; brothers, Tomas Bermudez, Israel Bermudez (Anna) and Luis Bermudez; sister, Julia Vivero (Ruben); grandson, Jayden Lopez and other extended family including nieces, nephews as well as his girlfriend of 15 years, Jessica Winder.
Public visitation with Covid restrictions (masks must be worn and social distancing enforced including maximum of 60 people in the funeral home at a time) will be from 10 AM until 11:30 AM on Thursday, September 3 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis Street, Newport, DE 19804. Services and burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate contributions to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses.
