Joseph R. Bailey, age 84, of Newark, formerly of the Midwest, passed away on Thursday June 16, 2022.
When Joe retired he moved to the East Coast to be near his family. His hobbies included bird watching and going to Delaware Park.
Joe was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Patricia in 2008. He is survived by his children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be private.
