Joe, age 34, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 27, 2019.

Joe was a 2002 graduate of William Penn H.S. Joe was a caring, fun loving man that will be missed by many.

Joe was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pat and Wayne Belmont. He is survived by his daughter Kamryn and her mother Kathryn; his father Jim; his mother Lou Ann (Miguel); his brother Josh; his grandparents, John and Jan; and many cousins, extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 4 pm on Saturday, February 9 at RICHARDSON PARK UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 11 N. Maryland Ave Wilmington, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 3 pm. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joe's memory can be made to Richardson Park UMC.
