Frank age 87, of Newark, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
Frank graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in accounting in 1972.
He served 8 years in the Naval Reserves until 1962. Frank retired as Data Processing Senior Analyst from Hercules in 2001. He was a member of Richardson Park United Methodist Church where he sang in the choir; a member of the Newark Senior Center where he belonged to the computer club, the Song Birds who sing at nursing home every Thursday; a member of the Delaware Swim and Fitness Center; a supporter of CAP and past member of the Oakwood Valley Swim Club. Frank enjoyed music, playing piano & guitar and traveling.
Frank is preceded in death by his wife Patricia Ann Pugh who passed in 2021.
Survivors include his son, F. Vincent Pugh; daughter Linda L. Prior; sister, Shirley McCauley (William); grandchildren, Adam and Lindsey Pugh, Rebecca Noss (Dr. Matt), Jessica Page (Troy); and 4 great grandchildren, Branden and Jacob Noss and Ryan and Emily Sophia Page.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street Newport, DE 19804, where visitation will begin at 11:00 AM
Interment will follow at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. Dupont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to East West Communities Foundation, 14700 Village Square Place Midlothian, VA 23112, in support of their pledge to Massey Cancer Center.
