Joseph Caleb Holdsworth was born a fighter and peacefully slipped away on January 22, 2014.
He is survived by his parents, Jeffrey W. Holdsworth and Sara E. Hagerty; maternal grandparents, Susan and Lewis Hagerty, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Gary Snyder and Valerie Holdsworth; several aunts and uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26, from 6 to 7 pm. at NICHOLS GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 East Justis Street, Newport DE. Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 27, at 11:00 a.m. at Silverbrook Cemetery 3300 Lancaster Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19805.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that NEW "Teddy Bear" stuffed animals be brought to the visitation where they will be collected for donation to the Pediatric unit of Christiana Hospital.
