Joseph passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016.
Joseph graduated from Brown Vocational High School, Class of 1948. He worked as a bricklayer out of Local #1 of Delaware, before becoming a code inspector for New Castle County from which he retired after 20 years of service.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Mary R. and Joseph F. Renai and his sister, Regina Renai. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Pauline D. Renai and their six children; MaryJo Wilcoxson (Robert), Joseph D. Renai, Rita Chiappardi (Michael), Christine Jones (Clint), Paul J. Renai and Julie Thomas (John). Joseph is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and his sister, Rose Brenner.
All services were private.
Joseph's family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Foulk Manor North and Season's Hospice.
