Formerly of East Stroudsburg, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014.
Julia is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Judy Luckey of New Castle; 11 grandchildren including Christopher, Jason, Caroline and Allen Jr.; and many great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2pm on Thursday, December 11 at Prospect Cemetery in East Stroudsburg.
The family would appreciate contributions in Julia's memory to the Delaware Humane Association.
