Age 90, formerly of Wilmington, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2012 in Shinnston, WV.
Kitty was retired from the Delaware State Hospital. She was an avid bowler for over 50 years at Prices Lanes and Pleasant Hills Lanes as well as the Traveling Bowling League. She enjoyed her family, dancing, drawing, crossword puzzles and sitting with her pups. She was a loving person who always saw the good in others and was loved by those who met her.
Kitty was preceded in death by, the love of her life, her husband William Langshaw in 1985; and by her sons, George Ireland, Pat Langshaw, Charlie Langshaw, and William Langshaw, Jr. Survivors include her children, Joe Langshaw, Danny Langshaw, Kathy Husfelt (Rudy), Fern Oset (Steven) with whom she lived, Victor Goolday, Thomas Langshaw (Dolores), Albert Langshaw, Robert Langshaw and Nancy Williams; 26 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 12 noon, Thursday, February 9th at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, DE where visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Silverbrook Cemetery, DuPont Rd.& Lancaster Pike, Wilmington, DE.
