Katheen Duffy, age 58, of Bear, and formerly of Landisville, NJ passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 28, 2013.
Kathleen was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton R.C. Church, where she was a Eucharistic minister and a member of the liturgy committee. She enjoyed her daily walks, bird watching especially bald eagles and extensively traveled and enjoyed her mission trip to Guatemala and vacations to Australia and South America. She received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Goldey Beacom College in 2000.
She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Joseph J. Duffy, Sr and Susan Ferrara Duffy. Kathleen is survived by her son, Justin (Jay) Cusack; two brothers, Michael Duffy and Joseph J. Duffy, Jr. (Mary); several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, August 9,2013 at 12 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton R.C. Church 345 Bear Christiana Rd, Bear, DE where visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to San Marcos Committee of Seton Parish, 345 Bear Christiana Road, Bear De 19701.
