Kehaulani A. Schroeder, age 75, of Wilmington, passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
Ke served in the Air Force and was an active member of the VFW post 2863 where she was a past president and historian. She especially looked forward to the shuffleboard and bingo nights at the VFW. Ke retired from MBNA after many years. She was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. Ke was a kind and giving soul who enjoyed spending as much time with her family as she could and will always be remembered as our loving Nana.
Ke was preceded in death by her husband of 22 years, Frederick L. “Fritz” Schroeder in 2010.
Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly Brown (Rick); her sons, Craig Garris (Jennie) and Michael Garris; her grandchildren, Brennen, Mya-Dawn, Alyssa-Lynn, Kylie-Rae, Severiano, Carlos, Lillie-Mae, Jesse, Hayley, Destiny, Julianna and great grandchildren, Layla and Sadie.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 6 pm to 9 pm on Wednesday, April 28 at Diamond State VFW Post 2863, 8 S. Dupont Road, Wilmington, DE 19804 where a time of sharing will start at 6 pm.
