Keith A. Heck, age 51, of Newark, formerly of Lewes, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018.
Keith graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in 1984 before attending Salisbury State College. He worked in the construction field and then later, was a department manager at Lowes in Newark. Keith was a member of the fire police for Wilmington Manor Fire Company. He also belonged to the Society for Creative Anachronism.
Keith enjoyed model railroads, coaching lacrosse and photography.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Beth; his sons, Garrett and Joseph; his daughter, Sherry; his parents, Joanne Crain and Ronald Heck (Fay); his in-laws, Harry and Betty Bratton; and several siblings.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, January 20 at Peniel United Methodist Church, 115 E. Market Street, Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 10:30 am. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wilmington Manor Fire Company, P.O. Box 645, New Castle, DE 19720.
