Kristin Michelle McInnis, age 42, of Newark, formerly of central Florida, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 2, 2024, after a valiant battle with cancer.
Beyond her love of music, singing/dancing and true-crime documentaries, Kristin had an extensive and varied skillset including, drawing, cake decorating, and cosmetology. Although in her younger years she struggled with dyslexia, she became proficient in pharmacological management and specialized in establishing and the oversight of in-patient hospital pharmacies. She was known for posting the funniest content on social media and she faithfully served on the worship team at Catalyst Community Church in Newport continuing a family legacy of service to the Lord’s Church.
She will be remembered for her humor, her ability to make anyone laugh and her fierce devotion to her children.
Kristin is survived by her daughters, Taelor Michelle Earl (Connor), Reiley Charlieze Carvell, Alexandra Nicole Carvell and Mikhaela Reagan Molanders; parents, J. Rebecca McInnis and Curtis McInnis (Dawn); sisters, Melanie Celeste Yomes (Bill) and Katherine Suzette Rivers (Emmanuel); and other extended family.
A celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Catalyst Community Church, 410 Denver Road Wilmington, DE 19804, where visitation will begin at 10:30 AM.
