Lance M. Lacey, age 55 of Wilmington De and formerly of Illinois passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2014 in the presence of his family.
He enjoyed fishing and car shows. Lance was referred by his friends as a "car guru" for his work as an auto mechanic.
Lance is survived by his wife of 23 years, Catherine M. Lacey; his children, Michael, Molly, Chad, Katie; his siblings, Sue, Doug, Lee, Linda and Tricia; his nine grandchildren.
The family wishes to thank both Heart and Vascular Unit of Christiana Care as well as Season's Hospice.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Thursday, November 20, 2014 between 2 pm to 7 pm at the New Life Family Center of Delaware, 4100 Dawnbrooke Drive, Stanton DE 19804 where a Prayer Service will begin at 7 p.m. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
