Lillian M. Bronowicz, age 75, Of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Shenandoah, PA, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at home with her family by her side.
Lil was a secretary for the DuPont CO for 25 years in the Freon Department. She attended St.Matthew's Catholic Church. Lil loved to read and enjoyed long walks with her dog Meghan.
Lil was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Betty; her brother Johnny; and her sister Jackie. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Walter; her brothers, Jimmy Gradwell and his wife Jean, and Bruce Reinsmith; her niece, Sheila Cushwa and her husband Ken; her great nieces, Kimberly and Katie Cushwa; her sister-in-law, Barbara LeKates and her best friend, her dog, Meghan.
Memorial Services will be 11 AM on Monday, February 27 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, where visitation will begin at 10 AM. Burial will be private.
The family requests contributions in Lil's memory to either Compassionate Care Hospice, 702-B Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19805 or the Delaware Humane Association, 701 A St., Wilm DE 19801
