Age 70, of Wilmington, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2010.
Lil who was a homemaker was a member of the Newark Moose Lodge. She was devoted to her grandchildren.
Lil was preceded in death by her husband of over 25 years, John S. Riedel, Sr. in 1990 and her brother Earl Cosner. Survivors include her sons; John S. Riedel, Jr. and his wife Tricia of Newark and Joseph L. Riedel and his companion, Steph, of Newark, her brothers and sisters; Barbara Dear, Howard Cosner, Mary Lloyd, Debbie Perdue and William Cosner, and her grandchildren; Joshua, Cody and Austin.
Funeral services will be 12 noon on Wednesday, September 29th at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME 212 E. Justis St., Newport where visitation will be Tuesday evening, September 28 from 6 to 8 p.m.. Burial will be at Silverbrook Cemetery, Lancaster Ave and DuPont Road.
The family suggests contributions in Lil's memory to the American Diabetes Association, 100 West 10th St., Suite 1002, Wilm. DE 19801.
