Margaret K “Margie” Parsons, age 94, of Claymont, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
Margie worked as a short order cook in the Arden area and previously worked in a bakery. Margie enjoyed soap operas, shopping, ice cream sundaes and the Brandywine Zoo. She loved cats and butterflies.
Margie was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Parsons, Jr.
Survivors include her good friends, Amy Phelps and Andrew Bertison.
A graveside service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, February 25 at St. James Cemetery, 2 S Augustine St, Wilmington, DE 19804.
