Age 89, of Newark, DE, formerly of Westview, passed away on, Saturday, May 3, 2008 at home with her granddaughter.
Marion was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, George William Stubbles, Sr., in 2002. She is survived by her son, George William Stubbles, Jr.; grandchildren, Vicki L. Crew & George William Stubbles, III; and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Friday, May 9, 2008, at the chapel in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. Dupont Parkway, New Castle, where visitation will begin at 1 pm.
The family suggests contributions, in Marion's memory, to American Cancer Society, 92 Read's Way, Suite 205, New Castle, DE 19720.
