Marna W. Flynn, age 96, of Dagsboro, DE, formerly of Newtown Square, PA and Wilmington, NC, joined her husband, Harry Flynn, of 53 years on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
Marna was a 1947 graduate of Glen-Nor High School and was a homemaker. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren and beloved cat, Smokey. She enjoyed traveling, puzzles, and the neighborhood card club with the ladies in Wilmington and Newtown Square.
She is survived by her children, Dennis Flynn (Valerie), Timothy Flynn (Ann), Marie Cropper (David), John Flynn (Kim) and Marna Puckett (Rick); her grandchildren, Valerie Hoffman (Nick), David Cropper (Jessica), Allison Blades (Brandon), Samantha Walls (Zachary Smith), Jamie Betts (Kyle Evans), Sean Flynn (Jennifer), Eric Flynn and Kristin Flynn; her great grandchildren, Leah, Logan, Ledger, Macy, Camdon, Adley, Melody, Waylan, Sydney, Jameson, Taylor, Grace and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:30 am on Monday, January 13, 2025 at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 32112 Vines Creek Rd, Dagsboro, DE 19939.
