Mary Jane's Angel of 66 years came for his little flower to take her home to heaven to be with him on Sunday, September 4, 2016.
Mary Jane was a 1947 graduate of Wilmington High School. She was devoted to her family.
Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, George W. Garber, Jr. in 2015 as well as her parents and her siblings. She is survived by her children, Curtis Garber (Darlene), David Garber (Donelle), Deborah Graham (John), Roger Garber, Carol Hackett (Bill), Sandy Ward (Geoff), Walter Garber (Linda) and Kevin Garber (Sandy); 28 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren and one great, great grandson.
Funeral Services will be 10 AM on Saturday, September 10 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME where visitation will begin at 9 AM as well as Friday, September 9 from 6 to 8 PM. Burial will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery, Port Penn Road, Middletown.
The family would appreciate contributions in Mary Jane's memory to the American Diabetes Association, 100 W. 10th St., Suite 1002, Wilmington, DE 19801.
