Age 39, died suddenly on December 2, 2007, in Bradenton, FL.Matt was the son of Jean P. and the late Paul J. Skibinski of Newark, DE.
Matthew spent most of his life in the Newark/Elkton area working as a craftsman and operating Absolute General Contracting. He served 6 years in the Army Reserves. He loved animals and dogs especially seemed to recognize this love and relate to him.
In addition to his mother, Matt is survived by two brothers, David(Carole)of Warwick, MD and Paul(Sarah) of Hockessin, DE; his former wife Saber; two stepchildren, four nieces and one nephew.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 17, 2007 at St. James Episcopal Church,
2 S. Augustine St., Newport, DE, where visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
The family suggests contributions in Matthew’s memory to the Cecil County SPCA, P.O. Box 665, Chesapeake City, MD 21915 or to the Elkton Men’s Shelter, 168 W. Main St., Elkton, MD 21921.
