Michael “Mike” L. Donovan, age 61 of New Castle, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018.
Mr. Donovan was born in Wilmington, the third child of Theresa (McKinley) and the late Cornelius J. Donovan, Jr. He was a 1974 graduate of Concord High School and was a dedicated Eagles fan. Anyone who was close to him knew that he was kind-hearted and always ready for a good time.
Mike is survived by his daughter, Rachel Donovan and his son, Michael McDonough; his mother, Theresa Donovan; his twin sister, Patricia Fritz, his younger sister, Diane Henry, his brother, Thomas Donovan, and his girlfriend, Jackie McDonough, as well as many nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his elder brother, Cornelius J. Donovan III of Wilmington.
