Michael J. Jones, age 68, of Wilmington, formerly of Glenville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 28, 2024 in the presence of his loving family, who will miss him dearly.
Mike graduated from Conrad High School in 1975. He worked as a life-long painting contractor.
Mike was generous and had a larger-than-life personality. He was adored by his nieces and nephews and was devoted to his family, which was most important to him.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents, William G. Jr. and Rose Jones; and his brother, William G. Jones III.
Survivors include his brothers, Jim Jones (Karen), David Jones (Kathy), Robert Jones, Brian Jones (Donna); sister, Mary Sue Holton (Robert); seven nieces and nephews, 9 great nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great nephew.
Services will be private.
