Elsmere - Nicole, age 39, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
Nikki was a 2000 graduate of Howard VoTech High School. She worked at Peggy's home daycare where she loved the children who attended. Nikki also loved animals, especially her 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Nikki was preceded in death by her cousin, Sharon Faulkner.
Survivors include her parents, Margaret and Joseph Zugie; her siblings, James McGonigle (Lisa), Michelle Clark (Mike) and Michael McGonigle and aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, February 2 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 12:30 pm. Masks and social distancing will be required along with a capacity limit. Burial will be private.
