Norma Jean (Jellybean) Scaggs passed away peacefully on Friday, October 21, 2022.
Norma worked with the 1212 Program as an AA counselor. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, movies, and the outdoors.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Dorothy Carrigan.
Survivors include her husband of 26 years Teddy Scaggs; son, Michael Simpson; brother, John Antonine; daughter, Barbara Thodos; brother, Billy Boyer; sisters, Tammy Delauder and Barbara Boyer; ten grandchildren including Stephen Carrigan and Brandon Millasock who she raised; eleven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
