Norman, known as Dread and Norm Newark enjoyed playing basketball and cards (spades). He was a loving son and brother and father.
Survivors include his mother, Rosemary Burton; his children, Shaheed Kelly and Charnell Kelly; his girlfriend, Nancy Williams and his siblings, Regina Burton, Otis Burton and Patrick Burton.
A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
