Age 91 of Stanton, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2012.
Ennis attended the University of Delaware, Goldy-Beacom College and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
After serving in WWII in the Army, Ennis took over the family farm in the area that is now DelPark Manor. He later pursued a business career that included the DuPont Co.and later as a Budget Analyst at Boeing Vertol.
Ennis was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Janet. He is survived by his daughters, Sharon M. DeFranco (Philip) and Joan Lynn Pordham (Fred Honigman); and his grandson's, Philip and John DeFranco.
A private celebration of his life was held on April 24, 2012. A public committal service with military honors will be held at 12 Noon, Thursday, May 31st at St. James Episcopal Church Cemetery, 2106 St. James Church Rd., DelPark Manor.
