Pamela G. Barr, age 57, of Bear, DE, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2010.
Pam worked at ShopRite for over 35 years. She was very patriotic and was a member of the 2nd Delaware Volunteer Infantry. Pam was a quilter, avid Phillies fan and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Pam is survived by her husband of 37 years, John M. Barr, children, son, USAF TSgt. Jason Barr and his wife Maria of Japan and daughter Amanda Barr and her fiance Bruno of Bear, brothers, Douglas Caudill, Roger Caudill, Kenneth Caudill and Garry Caudill, and grandchildren, Arianna, Brenden, Jaymin, Amelia, Louis and Leilani.
Funeral Services will be 2 PM on Sunday, November 28 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, where visitation will begin at 1 PM. Burial will be private.
The family suggests contributions in Pam's memory to Living History Society of Delaware, INC. 19 Lochview Dr., Bear, DE 19701.
