Patricia Thompson

Patricia D. Thompson, age 74, of Newport, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022.

Patty worked at the thrift store for over 30 years. She enjoyed walking, cleaning, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Patty is preceded in death by her mother, Gloria; father, Harold; sisters, Brenda, Janet and Delores; and brothers, Alan and Phil.

Survivors include her daughter Margie Adkins (Bill); brothers, Willie Robertson (Debbie), and Kenny Robertson (Betty); grandchildren, Amanda Adkins (Chris Williams) and Jodee Adkins (Edward Pyle); and great grandchildren Colten and Chloe Williams.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Nichols – Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street Newport, DE 19804, where visitation will begin at noon.

Contributions can be made to assist with the funeral expenses.
