Pat passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017.
Pat was an "over the road" truck driver and he also worked at the Salem Nuclear Plant. He was an Army veteran serving 8 years in Germany and also served in the Army National Guard. Pat was also a volunteer fire fighter at Wilmington Manor.
Pat was preceded in death by his son, Thomas McGraw and his parents, A.J. and Julia Smith.
Survivors include his daughter, Lisa Strycharz (Steve); his brother, Michael Smith; his granddaughter, Natalie Strycharz; his nephews, Shaun and Michael Smith as well as many extended family members.
Funeral Services will be 7 pm on Monday, October 30 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis Street., Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will being at 6pm. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate contributions in Pat's memory to assist with the funeral expenses.
