Philip passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 16th.
He is preceded in death by his late step father, James F. Michael.
Philip is survived by his mother, Ellen Michael; his brothers, Steve Gross and Brad Houston; his children, Tara, Randy and Elizabeth and four grandchildren.
He was an expert flooring installer and woodworker. He loved animals.
Services will be private at the request of the family. The family suggests donations in Philip's memory be made to Humane Society of Delaware.
