Age 82 of Wilmington, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2011.
Dick was a truck driver in the Wilmington area for 37 years, retiring in 1989. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #31, the VFW Post 475 and a Navy Veteran. Dick enjoyed fishing, visiting Delaware Park, making model planes and spending time with his family.
Dick is survived by is wife of 61 years, Margie; his son, Richard and his wife Elaine; his grandson, Richard, Jr;and his brothers, Edwin Wallace and Howard Wallace.
Funeral services will be 11a.m., Tuesday, May 31st, in the chapel at Gracelawn Memorial Park, N.DuPont HWY, New Castle, where visitation will begin at 10a.m. and Masonic services at 10:45a.m.
The family suggests contributions in Dick's memory to Season's Hospice, 220 Continental Drive, Ste. 101, Newark, DE 19713.
