Ricky leaves behind his father, Richard Newcomb; his mother, Paula Newcomb; his sister, Rebecca Newcomb and her fiancée, Gregory Billings; his nephew, Gregory Billing, Jr.; his grandmother, Deloris Newcomb and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services and burial will be private.
He has left us so suddenly and will be missed dearly. We will always keep him in our hearts.
