Age 49, of Marshallton Heights, died in a tragic accident on March 30, 2013.
A very caring and loving person, Robert showed kindness to everyone he met. He worked in construction and house painting, but truly he just loved to work. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, fishing, NASCAR, and music. He will be dearly missed by all his friends and members of the Cedars Church of Christ. Robert will always be loved and never forgotten.
A memorial service will be at 1 pm on Friday, April 12, at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 East Justis St., Newport, where visitation will begin at 12:30. Burial will be at St. James Church Cemetery.
