Age 98, of Newark, DE, born and raised in Denver, CO, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2007.
Billie was a Pre-School teacher for 20 years before retiring in 1968.She was a longtime member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday school. She enjoyed needlework, knitting, crocheting and sewing.
Billie was preceaded in death by her husband of 40 years, Charles Neutz, in 1976. Survivors include her son, Paul and his wife Sandi of Wilmington, DE; her daughter, Linda L. Lyon and her husband, Cliff, of Elkton, MD; and a sister, Esther C. Smith of Holden, MA; 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Services and burial were held privately.
