Age 95, of Greenville, DE, passed away on, Saturday, December 12, 2009.
Rose was a secretary to the legal department for the Dupont Company. She was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church since the 1940's, where she was a member of the Altar Guild, a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority at Penn State University, a member of the Wilmington Country Club, where she was an avid golfer, and a member of Junior Board at Christiana Hospital.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Roger E. Drexel, in 1982; her parents, John and Mary Kracsun and her sisters, Mary Kracsun, Clara Kracsun and Louisa Robinson; and her brother-in-law, James F. Robinson, Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Smiley and her husband Jack; grandchildren, John A. Sensing and wife Caroline and Elizabeth S. Sensing; step great grandson, Graham Nourie;2 nieces, 1 nephew and other extended family.
Memorial services will be 11am, Monday, December 21st, at St. Stephens Lutheran Church. Interment will be private.
