March 11, 2009.
Roy was a Vietnam War Army Veteran. He enjoyed music, woodworking and gardening.
Roy's wife of 35 years, Kathy, passed away in 2006. He is survived by his sons; Stephen and Scott; 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
Funeral services will be 12 noon on Tuesday, March 17th at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, where visitation will begin at 10:30 am. Burial will follow at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear.
The family suggests contributions in Roy's memory to the American Cancer Society, 92 Read's Way, Suite 205, New Castle, DE 19720.
