Ruth Holler

Ruth Westergren Holler, age 102, of Newark, passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017.

Ruth enjoyed needle arts and was a hand weaver. She volunteered in many capacities both in Delaware and Maryland. She was an avid reader and enjoyed books on tape in her later years.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Holler,Sr.; her daughter, Barbara Holler Carr Edwards; her son, Edward R. Holler, Jr.; and by her grandsons, Eddie Holler and Raymond Edwards. Survivors include, daughter-in-Law, Gerry Holler; grandsons, Thomas G. Carr and William E. Carr; granddaughters, Mary Anne Carr Flood and Wendy Mullin;
12 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 19 at First Presbyterian Church, 292 W. Main St., Newark, DE.
