Ruth Kinsey, age 89 of New Castle, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015.
Mrs. Kinsey was born on December 8, 1925. She was the daughter of the late William and Clara (Golt) Garrett.
Mrs. Kinsey was a 1943 graduate of John Bassett Moore High School in Smyrna, DE.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harry L. Kinsey in 2004 and her son Dwayne K. Kinsey in 2012. Mrs.
Kinsey is survive by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2pm on Wednesday, April 22 at the chapel at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2200 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720 where visitation will begin at 1pm. Burial will follow in the adjoining Memorial Park.
