Susan Roberts

Susan M. Roberts, age 73 of Newark, De passed away quietly on Thursday, December 18, 2014 in presence of her family.

Sue was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, shopping, decorating and baking for her favorite time of the year, Christmas and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Donald E. Roberts of 54 years of marriage, her children, Susan Sartin (Bob); Debbie Roberts (Jim Herman); Donald E., Jr. (Caroline); and Scott Roberts (Linda); her brother, Joe Eveland (Ann); her sisters, Carol Brooks (Terry) and Denise Hall (Buzzy); her grandchildren, Bob Sartin, Jr., Kelly Sartin (Lonnie Haggerty), Russell Sartin (Heidi), Donny, III (Stacia Paoli), Dorothy Jane Roberts, Peter Edwin Roberts, Niko Roberts and Yiana Roberts; her great grandchildren, Tyler Sartin, Jackson Sartin, Alexandra Sartin, Payton Haggerty, Brody Sartin, Carly Haggerty and Kaleb Sartin; her daughter in law, Linda Roberts (Bill Funk); nieces and nephews.

At the request of family, services will be private. Family suggests contributions in Susan's memory to Alzheimer's Association, DE Chapter, 2306 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington DE 19805.
