Susanna passed away on Friday, October 10, 2014 .
She was born in Wilmington, Delaware and was the daughter of Calvin and Mary J. Gildersleeve.
Susanna is preceeded in death by her sister, Frances Carnley. She is survived by four daughters, Mandy Gildersleeve (and Chuck Hitchens), Amy Nardinocchi (and Anthony Griffin), Megan Nardinocchi (and Tim Lewis, and Ashley Barlow; one brother, J.C. Gildersleeve (and Connie White); three sisters, Irene Woodrow, Rose Rivers, and Lela Gildersleeve; four granddaughters, and 9 grandsons.
A Memorial Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, October 28th, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. in the Social Hall of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 1700 Limestone Road, Wilmington DE 19804.
The family would like to extend Special Thanks to Season's Hospice and to June Chambers.
