Talina Denise Davis Parnell, age 54, of Wilmington, formerly of Chester, PA went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 4, 2019.
Talina was a 1983 graduate of Chester High School. She worked at Crozier Hospital in the medical billing department for the past 10 years. Talina enjoyed reading her bible, spending time with her grandkids, and relaxing with yoga and long walks.
Talina was preceded in death by her husband Phillip Parnell in 1992.
Survivors include her daughter, Talia LeCompte; her grandchildren, Najah Davis, Jeffrey Morton, Jr. and Skye LeCompte; her Mother Ruby Davis; her father, Willie Davis, Sr; her brothers, Willie Davis, Jr, Mark Davis, Don Davis, and Rodney Davis; her cousins, Pamela and Angie; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, May 16 at NEW DIRECTION BIBLE FELLOWSHIP CHURCH, 103 Rogers Road, Wilmington, DE 19801 where visitation will begin at 10 am. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Talina’s memory may be made to New Direction Bible Fellowship Church.
