Tammy, a lifelong Wilmington area resident, was taken from us July 9, 2006, exactly one week before her 40th birthday.
She will be remembered for her devotion to her children. Tammy provided an immaculate child centered environment for her own children as well as those left in her care at Tammy's TLC home day care and Tutor Time.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Martin James Kreer & Lillian Geraldine Perry Kreer. She is survived by her children, Meredith Lillian Gardner & Kyle Robert Gardner and their father, Scott Gardner; her brother, Patrick Kreer & his children, Ashley and Cody; her siblings, Martin Kreer, Francis Kreer, Debi Honaker, Patricia Riddle, Wendi Miller, Donna Hendricks; her aunts, Dee Longo, Janice Yost, Lois Oneill, Doris Poore and Darlene Woolman.
A celebration of Tammy's life will be held at 7:00 pm, Thursday, July 20th, 2006 at Skyline United Methodist Church, 3100 Skyline Dr., Wilm., DE where visitation will begin at 6:00 pm.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has set up a memorial fund for her children. Contributions can be sent to Tamela Gardner Children's Educational Fund, c/o Wilmington Trust Company, 3801 Kennett Pike, Greenville, DE 19807.
