Thelma who was affectionately known as "Gram", a lifelong resident of Wilmington, went home to the Lord on Tuesday, August 16, 2016. Gram was the daughter of the late Alfred E. and Thelma M. Andrews. She was a 1947 graduate of Conrad High School.
Gram was preceded in death by her husband of 44 1/2 years, Donald W. Eastburn in 1996. She is survived by her children, Donald B. Eastburn (Terri) and Aprile E. Rolfe (John); siblings, Alfred Andrews, Veda Boyer, Sharon Clark (David) and Frank Morris (Martha); grandchildren, Karie (Larry), Kristin (Damian), Michael, Michele, Lyz (Dan), Angie (Michael) and Rob (Kim) and great grandchildren, Zoey, Ashton, Olivia, Sophia, Bella, Jackson, Paige and Quinn.
Visitation will be from 12 Noon until 1 PM on Tuesday, August 23 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME 212 E. Justis St., Newport. Services and Burial will be private.
Flowers are welcome or the family would appreciate contributions in Gram's memory to Compassionate Care Hospice, 405 East Marsh Lane, Suite 4, Newport, DE 19804.
