Age 73 of Wilmington, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2011, at home in the presence of his family.
Tom worked at Easter Seals for 24 years. Previously he worked at Scari's Air Freight.
Tom was preceded in death by his wife Elva in 1978; his brother, Clarence; sisters, Marie, Doris and Eleanor;his son, Ricky;and his grandson, Matthew. Survivors include his children, Thomas, Jr., Mary and husband Wayne, Billy, Ronnie, Ward, Elva and Patrick; his grandchildren, Michael, Jenna, Kevin, Shannon, Kyle, Theresa and Kim; great-grandchildren, Cayla, Michael, Matthew and Mason; nieces, Elizabeth and Cooper;and nephew, Christopher.
A memorial service will be 2:00pm, Wednesday,
June 8th at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 E. Justis St., Newport where visitation will begin at 1pm.
Burial will be private.
The family suggests contributions in Tom's memory to Easter Seals of Delaware.
