Thomas Collins, age 56, of New Castle, formerly of Elkton, MD, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 10, 2019 after a brief illness.
Tommy worked as a paving/seal coater for Wilson Paving and Expert Sealcoating and Paving. He enjoyed spending time socializing with his friends and will be remembered and was loved by many.
Tommy was preceded in death by his sister, Sherry Collins.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Donnelly; his brother Bill Collins; and his nephew, Tim Collins and other extended family.
Funeral Services will be at 3 pm on Saturday, August 24 at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE where visitation will begin at 2 pm. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tommy’s memory may be made to Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
