Vaughn (Sandy), was born February 29, 1948 in Wilmington, Delaware to Carl and Catherine Connell. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and was stationed in Germany.
He passed on January 8, 2016. Sandy was pre-deceased by his parents, Carl and Catherine and one brother, Floyd.
He is survived by brothers, Ronald (Nancy); Allen (Mary); his twin brother, Sonny (Diane); Gary; Terry (Patricia); and sister Linda Malinowski (John).
Services will be private.
