Wanda finished her final journey on Monday, March 25, 2019.
Wanda graduated from West Philadelphia High School in 1976. She was a US Army Veteran. Wanda worked for Comcast/Allied as a supervising security manager for 18 years. She was a movie buff.
Wanda was preceded in death by her sister, Tracey Barrie Scott; her grandmother, Jeannette Williams; and her maternal great grandparents, Ursula and Coleman Smith.
Survivors include her daughter, Carmen Jefferson (Gary); her parents, Richard and Carmen Scott; her grandchildren; Simone and Briana; her brother, Richard E. Scott, Jr (Renee); her Aunt Angie Smith and multiple cousins.
Funeral Services will be at Noon on Tuesday, April 2 at ST. JAMES EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 2 S Augustine St, Newport (Wilmington) DE 19804, where visitation will begin at 11am. Burial will be private.
